    We will send you a Service Agreement via Docusign that details our agreed upon service fee and the "rules" we operate by to complete your service request. Once you complete the DocuSign, we can begin working on your recovery case.



VERIFICATION OF FUNDS

    The excess funds dollar amount we locate in government is only a representation of what was Bid - Over during the foreclosure sale. Selling Authorities charge thier own fee's that they take out of the overbid money and they allow creditors to file a claim for their portion of funds. When a creditor submits a claim, the amount they take depletes the Dollar amount available to the previous homeowner or heir. We verify if any claims have been filed and if any are due to be files to determine the actual amount of funds that may be available. NOTE: In some instances, The longer YOU wait to submit your claim, the more time you give creditors to file their claims and deplete your funds.


MOBILE NOTARY

    Selling Authorities require the notarization of several documents incuding their claim documents. We will schedule a mobile notary to visit your home to notaraize all official documents. No worries, we provide the notary with all the doucments needed to successfully file your claim.


CLAIM FILING

    If there is scheduled to be funds available after the payment of Liens and Debt, we will file your claim directly with the selling authority. We file correct and accurate claims the first time, to prevent delays in the recovery of your funds.


AWAIT CLAIM FUNDING

    Selling Authorities operate on their own Bureaucratic Time... they typically release funds after a successful claim filing within 1-3 months. We follow up with the Selling Authority weekly and provide you with weekly updates while we wait for them to release the funds.


FUND DISTRIBUTION

    Once the funds are delivered to the bank (or our office - depending on the selling authority) we retain our fee and distribute to you your portion of the funds in the manner of your choosing!

    We may ask you to provide us with a tetimony of your services that we will display on our website if you agree.
